Use Pre-Cut Ingredients

Opt for pre-cut vegetables, pre-washed greens, and pre-packaged ingredients like diced onions or minced garlic. This can save you time on chopping and preparation. You can go ahead and buy a vegetable chopper that saves your time.

One-pot Meals to reduce cooking time

Prepare one-pot meals where you can cook multiple ingredients together. This reduces the number of dishes you need to clean and saves cooking time. Examples include stir-fries, casseroles, and skillet meals.

Sugar – 1.5 tsp per cup,

Milk – 150 ml per cup

Water – 350ml.


Filter coffee decoction:

– Fill filter coffee powder inside the coffee filter

– Pour hot water in two batches

– Allow it to brew. It takes 20 to 30 minutes

– Meanwhile, boil milk. 

– Add sugar and required filter coffee decoction in a cup 

– Add hot milk and mix

Urad Dal Vada Batter making using the Blender

Wash the urad dal or orid dal and soak it in water for at least 2 hours. (4 hours id preferable). Once done, just drain the water and blend it batches by adding little water. Do not load the blender more than its quarter capacity as it may lead to overload sign.

No Base Veg Pizza Recipe

The magical ingredient that we use here as the pizza base is the bread. It is readily available in supermarkets, bakeries, even in grocery shops. So you can use it smartly to prepare you no base veg pizza in just few minutes!

Trim the edges of the bread loaves, so that you won’t feel the hardness in your pizza.

Beat two eggs in a bowl and add some salt.

Dip each bread loaf in the egg and place on a heated tawa.

Make sure to spread some butter before placing the bread on the pan.

Arrange the breads such that you cover the whole tawa or pan with the bread with no gaps in between.

Cook on medium flame for one or two minutes.


It’s time to flip over using a plate and cook the other side. Carefully place a plate on top of the pan and gently flip upside down.

Arrange vegetables of your choice on the top of the cooked bread slices. I used capsicum, onion and tomato. You can use mushrooms, paneer, olives, etc. If you use vegetables that take slightly much time to cook, then it’s better to saute before placing on the pizza.

  1. It is better to trim the edges of bread loaves just to avoid hardness while chewing the pizza.
  2. Sprinkle oregano, as it gives a great Italian flavor for your pizza.
  3. Do not over cook the bread, it may result in loosing softness of the base.

  • pressure cooker
  • 250 gm Mochai or Field Beans (Soak overnight)
  • 500 gm Chicken (Preferably with Bones)
  • 2 no Onion
  • 2 no Tomato
  • few Coriander Leaves
  • few Curry Leaves
  • 1.5 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (1 Tsp to marinate Chicken + 1/2 Tsp while sauting)
  • 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin or Jeera Powder
  • 2 Tsp Chicken Masala
  • 1.5 Tsp Chilli Powder (1 Tsp tp marinate chicken + 1/2 Tsp while sauting)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 4 tbsp Curd (to marinate chicken)
  • 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds or Khus Khus
  • 2 Strips Coconut (Remove the brown skin for a better texture)
  • 1 Inch Cinnamon
  • 2 no Cloves
  • 1 no Cardamom
  • Salt (as required)
  • Oil (as required)
  1. Soak Mochai or Field Beans Overnight. The Next day peel its skin by pressing on one end of the bean. The skin easily separates.

  2. Marinate the Chicken with the listed ingredients

  3. Soak poppy seeds in hot water.

  4. Heat Oil in a pressure cooker and add the whole spices such as Cinnamon, Cloves & Cardamom.

  5. Add Chopped Onion, Tomato, Curry Leaves & Ginger Garlic paste & Saute.

  6. Add marinated chicken and cook by slightly covering the lid.

  7. Remove skin from coconut pieces and grind with soaked poppy seeds.

  8. Add the ground mixture to the curry. Add required water and salt.

  9. Add Soaked & peeled mochai to the curry.

  10. Pressure cook for 1 or 2 whistles.

  11. You can also cook the Mochai separately in a vessel and add finally to the curry. This step retains the shpae of the Mochai or Beans.

  12. Delicious Mochai in Chicken Curry is Ready to serve!
