How to make Spice Powders at Home?

Homemade spice powders are preservative-free, without adulterants and economical too! All you need is good quality spices and a spice grinder!
- 500 gm Red Chilli (200 gm Long chilli, 200 gm Round chilli and 100 gm Kashmiri chilli)
- 500 gm Coriander seeds
- 500 gm Cumin seeds
Buy and remove all dust particles from the spices. Do not wash with water.
Sun dry each of them separately for at least 4 hours.
Grind using a good Spice grinder or you can get it done at outside grinding stores.
