Quick sauted chicken recipe
- Pan & a lid
- 1 kg Chicken
- 4 number Onion
- 2 number Tomato
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 6 number Red chili
- 1 strand Curry leaves
- 1.5 tsp Chili powder
- 100 ml Oil
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves & dried red chilies.
- Add chopped onions and sauté for a minute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & required salt.
- Chop tomatoes and add into it. Also add red chili powder.
- Once the tomatoes are sauted, drop in the chicken.
- Do not add any water, just cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. You need to mix it in between to avoid catching at the bottom.
