Panner Pizza Recipe

Quick & easy panner pizza can be made with minimal ingredients. All you need is a Pizza Base, some vegetables and paneer. Nowadays, you can get gluten-free & eggless readymade pizza base. Also, Pizza sauce and Pizza seasonings such as Pizza chili flakes & Pizza Oregano are all available as combo packs that are economical too!

The most important ingredient of pizza is Cheese and you can not have a delicious pizza without this creamiest ingredient! You can get mozzarella cheese as blocks or grated ones. If you din’t find grated Mozzarella cheese, just go for a cheese block and grate it using a Cheese grater.

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Grated Mozerella Cheese
  • 1 Number Pizza Base
  • 2 tsp Pizza sauce
  • 1/2 Number Onion cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Number Capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 Number Tomato cut into cubes
  • 100 gm Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano powder

Instructions

  • Spread pizza sauce on the pizza bread.
  • Sprinkle some grated cheese.
  • Place Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicums and paneer cubes on the pizza base.
  • Add some more cheese.
  • Sprinkle Chili flakes & Oregano powder.
  • Place on a heated pan after brushing some oil over the pan.
  • After 5 minutes, the paneer pizza is ready to serve!

Notes

Spread pizza sauce on the pizza base. You can get readymade pizza base that are gluten free and eggless as well! 
Sprinkle some grated cheese. Mozzarella Cheese tastes good for pizzas. If you din’t get grated cheese, go for a cheese block and grate it with a cheese grater.
Place Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicums and paneer cubes on the pizza base.
Add some more cheese.
Sprinkle Chili flakes & Oregano powder.
You can get Pizza seasoning combo (Pizza chili flakes & pizza oregano) which is economical!
Place on a heated pan after brushing some oil over the pan. Keep it covered. Oiling brush is a helpful kitchen accessory for various recipes! Here is very good quality
